FEMALE SUICIDE BOMBERS TO-BE SURRENDER

Two female bombers surrender to IDF
Two female suicide bombers who had planned to perpetrate a bombing attack in Tel Aviv gave themselves up to soldiers stationed at the Beit Iba roadblock near Nablus, security officials revealed Thursday morning.

Adilah Hassan Muhamed Jawabre, 21, and Lina Zidki Muhamed Jawabre, 22, from the village of Atsira A-Shamaliya, both students at the Al-Najah University in Nablus, were scheduled to perpetrate a double suicide bombing in Tel Aviv last week.

The two gave themselves up several hours after the killing of their dispatcher, Hanni Aked, a senior member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, by IDF troops in Nablus Wednesday. The women turned themselves in to Israeli authorities after relatives informed them the IDF was looking for them.

An elderly Palestinian on Friday succeeded in convincing his grandchild to hand himself over to IDF troops and guide them to a cache where he and other cell members hid an explosive device weighing 5 kg. The young man from Nablus complied with his grandfather's advice and led security forces to the hideout near Beit Horon, where the bomb was found, Israel Radio reported Friday.

The young man's cousin was arrested last week by IDF soldiers deployed in Nablus for being involved in a terror cell that hid a bomb and had plans to use it against Israeli targets. The suspect led soldiers to a secret location where he claimed the bomb was hidden. IDF soldiers searched the area yet could not locate the bomb.
