Two dozen armed Palestinians belonging to the Al Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades stormed two government buildings in Jenin Tuesday, ordering employees to leave their offices and hand over their keys, witnesses said. Several hours later, the militants were gone but the buildings remained locked up.
