TOUCHY, TOUCHY

What's this? Israel seems to have struck a nerve with the French. In an interview with Army Radio Thursday, French Ambassador to Israel Gerard Araud took a far less conciliatory stance than he took just a couple of days ago in an interview with The Jerusalem Post:

"I think you have an anti-French neurosis," Araud said. He complained that Israel accuses France of everything and "all anti-Semitic graffiti in Paris" gets top headlines.

Anti-French neurosis? Is that a real medical condition. We might never know. Why is France surprised by Israel's behavior? Surely the French Ambassador should have come to expect this from a sh*tty little country full of punks.

Then again, perhaps the Ambassador confused Israel with some other country. It could happen.
