RICE TO PROPOSE PENSIONS FOR "RETIRED" PALESTINIAN TERRORISTS

Rice to Propose Pensions for "Retired" Palestinian Terrorists - Yitzhak Ben Horin (Yediot Ahronot-Hebrew)
Secretary of State Rice plans to ask the Europeans for financial aid to disband Palestinian terror groups, to underwrite a pension fund for 1,000 terrorists who would be disarmed and "retired." According to the New York Times, those terrorists who disarmed would receive a pension of $100 a month.
