Hamas was relocating its headquarters from the Gaza Strip to the West Bank in preparation for Israel's withdrawal, Army Radio quoted sources in the security establishment. Hamas apparently intended to continue orchestrating terror attacks from within the West Bank following disengagement, officials warned.
