JENIN, West Bank - A Palestinian militant blew himself up Thursday and two other Palestinians were killed in a gunbattle with Israeli troops during an arrest raid in the West Bank town of Jenin, Palestinian security officials said. No soldiers were injured during the raid, the army said.
