Libya supports Hamas
Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi pledged his support for Hamas. The Libyan state news agency said Gaddafi met with Hamas’ exiled leader, Khaled Meshaal, on Thursday. Meshaal pledged to continue to fight against Israel and oppose the Bush administration’s Middle East policies. Gaddafi reiterated his call for Israelis and Palestinians to form one binational state.
