Efraim Halevy, the former Mossad chief, has some simple advice for the victor of this week's Israeli elections: do nothing. Don't give the Palestinians any money, don't provide services, don't talk to them, and above all don't give them any more territory until the new Hamas-led government in the Palestinian territories recognizes Israel.
