BRANDEIS TO HONOR ISRAEL-HATING PLAYWRITE

Anti-Semitism is red herring, but bias is real
For Brandeis to honor anti-Zionist Jewish playwright Tony Kushner is akin to Howard University giving a Thurgood Marshall doctorate to a black man who argues that Brown v. Board of Education was a mistake, Sidney Zion writes.

So what? So this: Kushner has said, "It would have been better if Israel never happened," condemns it for "ethnic cleansing" and denounces American Jews for "failing to denounce Israel."(New York Daily News)

BY THE WAY, TONY KUSHNER WROTE THE SCREENPLAY FOR STEVEN SPIELBERG'S CONTROVERSIAL "MUNICH."
