BRITISH ARCHITECTS AGAINST ISRAEL

Group wants Israeli architecture exhibit out (JTA)
A British architects association wants an architecture exhibition in Venice to prevent an Israeli exhibit at this year's show. Architects and Planners for Justice in Palestine say the Israeli entry is "provocative and counterproductive to the aims of the" 10th International Architecture Biennial in the aftermath of the Israel-Hezbollah war. The organizers of the exhibit, which opens Sunday and runs through Nov. 19, have yet to respond to the request.
