2 Palestinians arrested near Hebron for allegedly trying to kidnap 3 girls (YNet)
Hebron police arrested two Palestinians after receiving a report that they attempted to kidnap three Jewish young women waiting at the hitchhiking post near Susiya in the West Bank. The two were intoxicated at the time they were arrested, and a preliminary investigation concluded that the incident did not have nationalistic motives. The probe was continuing. (Efrat Weiss)
