3 Palestinians killed in exchanges of fire with Border Guard near Jenin (YNet)
Three Palestinian men were killed and several others were injured in exchanges of fire with Border Guard police officers in a village near the West Bank city of Jenin. The IDF reported that the men killed were Islamic Jihad gunmen, and that one of them had been wanted by Israel for a long time. (Efrat Weiss and Ali Waked)

The three Palestinian killed in the Jenin area have been identified as Khaled Darwush, Ahmed Ziyud and Mahdi Abu al-Heir, three Islamic Jihad members. According to the organization, the three were not senior members in the military wing. Abu al-Heir has been wanted by Israeli security forces for a long period of time. (Ali Waked)
