3 Palestinians killed in exchanges of fire with Border Guard near Jenin (YNet)
Three Palestinian men were killed and several others were injured in exchanges of fire with Border Guard police officers in a village near the West Bank city of Jenin. The three Palestinian killed in the Jenin area have been identified as Khaled Darwush, Ahmed Ziyud and Mahdi Abu al-Heir, three Islamic Jihad members. According to the organization, the three were not senior members in the military wing. Abu al-Heir has been wanted by Israeli security forces for a long period of time. (Ali Waked)
