AHMADINEJAD REJECTS OLIVER STONE FILM BID

Ahmadinejad says No to Oliver Stone (Kaminger)
Mehdi Kolhar, Ahmadinejad’s media adviser, said “Ahmadinejad rejected Oliver Stone’s request [to make a film about Ahmadinejad]”. He said “I sent Dr Ahmadinejad’s rejection to Oliver Stone because even though he is in the opposition in the states, but even the opposition in the states is a part of the big satan”. He added “We believe that the American movie-production system does not contain any element of culture or art and is only a tool”. “I must add that Dr Ahmadinejad was personally against this”. He concluded, “However, it is very clear why Stone asked for doing the movie. He [Ahmadinejad] is an appealing figure in the world and the Americans always look for what can return their investment”.
