SCHECHEM (NABLUS): AN ARAB CITY?

This post at Israpundit is fascinating. The Tomb of Joseph in Shechem (Nablus) was surrounded by empty fields 100 years ago. No city, no historical property passed down through generations of the family. Empty fields.

Check out the pictures over the last 100 years and see how the Arabs flocked to Shechem only recently, as Jewish immigration turned "a land without a people for a people without a land" into a land of milk and honey and these Arabs became, "Palestinians."

The pictures provide an illustration of the thesis of Joan Peters' "From Time Immemorial."
