JEWS FOR JESUS TARGETS NYC

HOLY HELL OVER SUBWAY 'JESUS': AD BLITZ TARGETS JEWS (NYPost)
July 7, 2006 -- A massive subway ad campaign by the controversial Jews for Jesus group is infuriating some Jewish leaders and straphangers. The ads - which encourage Jews to accept Jesus as the Messiah - went up in subway cars and at the Times Square station as part of the organization's $1.4 million campaign this month to proselytize around the city.

"If even one member of the Jewish community is enticed by these ads, that would be tragic," said Michael Miller, vice president of the Jewish Community Relations Council. "I find their message offensive whether it is plastered on advertisements or handed out," he said. "The idea that someone could be a more fulfilled Jew by becoming a Christian is absolutely wrong."

Jews for Jesus, which claims thousands of adherents, took ads throughout the entire transfer corridor between the A, C and E lines and the 1, 2 and 3 at Times Square. Walking by the 42 illuminated panels, which read "Jews for Jesus" and "Jesus for Jews," many subway passengers said yesterday the posters were inappropriate.

EVERY TIME ONE OF THESE PATHETIC "JEWS FOR JESUS" SCHMEGEGGIES APPROACHES ME ON THE STREET, I GIVE MONEY TO JEWS FOR JUDIASM. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
