Northern Israelis have group wedding in Tel Aviv (JTA)
Fifteen couples from northern Israel got married in Tel Aviv. The couples who participated in Tuesday evening’s group ceremony had had their own weddings canceled because of Hezbollah rockets attacks, The New York Times reported. “This is the Israeli personalty — we do,” said Amit Bar-Tzion, who planned the event. “And we try to be happy even when it’s difficult.”

Three weeks ago Nadav's father was killed by a rocket fired from southern Lebanon by Hizbullah. Today he celebrates his bar mitzvah at the Western Wall.
